How do I print my QR codes?

Download your QR codes as high-resolution PNG or SVG files from your dashboard. For best results, print at least 2x2 inches (5x5 cm) to ensure easy scanning. We recommend printing on white or light-colored backgrounds for optimal contrast.

Can customers order through the digital menu?

Menuit focuses on menu display and browsing experiences. We don't currently support ordering or payment processing. Customers view your menu and place orders through your existing ordering system or with your staff.

Can I customize my menu's appearance?

Yes! You can fully customize your menu with different templates, color schemes, fonts, and layouts. Choose from classic, modern, or minimal designs, and adjust colors to match your brand perfectly. All customizations update in real-time.

What happens if I exceed my plan limits?

If you approach your plan limits, we'll notify you via email and in your dashboard. You can upgrade at any time to unlock additional features. We don't cut off service abruptly - you'll have time to upgrade or adjust your usage.

Is my data secure and backed up?

Yes! We use enterprise-grade security including SSL encryption, secure data centers, and regular backups. Your data is stored in multiple locations to prevent loss, and we never share your information with third parties.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your service will continue until the end of your current billing period, and you can export your data before cancellation.
